"There are some great people there. Even a couple managers/directors and above. But the vast majority in management are not good. There can be a lot of contention and strife. Don't make the mistake of coming up with good ideas. Don't make the mistake of trying to close a sale. All are shot down. Truly unbelievable. I doubt they stay in business."
"It was a quick run through brain damaged software development. Management more or less got in the way. Folks in the purchased part hate the CEO, but that has to do with their own vanity. They are 2M in debt and they took the stalk private. Some people think Python is a better systems programming language than anything else. Huge bug problems in code that is loved more than new stuff. Expect to meet reformed alcoholics, high school drop outs, and near failed college experiences for directors."
"This place is going to close it's doors by 2014."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't interview here. Seriously, look at another company like Websense or any of the IT Company's in the area. There has been a mass Exodus of employees since their new VP of Sales showed up. They have also borrowed a ton of money just to keep the doors open in 2013. They went from publicly traded to private to lose transparency. Check out the last thing Bloomberg had to say about them. According to some analysts, they have an 80% plus chance of going BK in the next 2 years. This company will subject you to a complete nut job VP of Sales and Sr Management that are so greedy they have taken any monetary compensation away from their employees to pay off over-payed/lazy VP's of everything."
What don't you like about working at EdgeWave?
"Management, as a whole, suffer from anal-cranial inversion, and do not care about their subordinates. EdgeWave's Sales folks have one competitor, their Management and he bobble-head backside-kissers."
