"I like being able to make decisions on my projects. I like the fun work environment where people know each other very well and can communicate personally and professionally."

"Interviewing for the Air Force is simple. See a recruiter and sign up. However, don't join without guaranteeing your career field. Also, start working on your fitness now. Not after you've joined."

What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?

"I don't like that there is a limit to the length of time one can serve. I am forced to retire, but I would love to serve my country for many more years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be a servant leader. Subordinates really like when a manager is willing to get in the weeds of the business and show that they know a lot about that which they are making decisions."
