"I worked in the IT department at Efinancial. There were days when I was happy to be there, and others when I just had to try my best to make it through the day without a nervous breakdown. There were some very strong personalities in management and drama was always right around the corner with any slightly wrong word. When things go sideways on an estimation, blame tended to fall on the developers. Performance and bonus reviews often seemed arbitrary and beyond my ability to predict."
