Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

What don't you like about working at Emergent Professional Resources?
"I do not have anything bad to say about the company. The recruiters work long hours."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management has pushed me to become better at what I do, they are always striving for excellence. This has allowed me to realize that I can always be growing."
"It was the worst job I've ever had. Employee turnover is high. Avoid Emergent"
What do you like about working at Emergent Professional Resources?
"Nothing. Commission is terrible, you will never make what you want here despite what they say. There are so many better recruiting companies, don't waste your time here."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. This company is terrible, don't waste your time with a company that won't offer benefits."
What don't you like about working at Emergent Professional Resources?
"You work grueling hours. 60 hours is about the average amount of time you will put in each week. The two owners of the company make the environment so stressful to work in. They seem nice when you first meet them, but they will yell at you if you don't meet each quota. The pay isn't worth the amount of stress you will be put through. For the few months I was there I couldn't think straight. Make sure you don't get involved with this company if you want to have an enjoyable life. They don't have any benefits, so if you want to be here a long time you must get your own healthcare provider. 401k isn't an option. Their commission plan is terrible, barely make anything above your salary. They also make you take a test after 3 weeks of training that you teach yourself and if you don't pass with an 80 they kick you to the curb."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop being so greedy. Respect your employees, they're not your slaves. Don't force them to work over 40 hours a week if they're not getting any benefits from it."
