"EMTEQ is very energetic and fast-paced. Employees are given autonomy and allowed to attack challenges. Recently, focus has gone to training/process to help employees.Unfortunately, the specific experience you have is very dependent upon your manager. Multiple managers in the company are inexperienced and self-protecting. They have the same autonomy and use it to frustrate those they have personal issues with. There is also a lack of resources, leading to overloaded, underpaid people."
"I love working for Emteq but I've been on-site providing customer support for the past 3 years so I can't say much about Emteq's HQ. But working for Emteq has provided me great work experience and the chance to work for several other companies around the world such as Bombarider and Embraer."
