"Great place to grow, educate yourself and move up. Nice neat location, clean place to work."
"Not a very stable place to work for. They are not insulated against market slowdowns effecting their business and instituted layoffs right after mass hirings. Very political environment due to the rapid growth which causes things to get misaligned with the company goals. Raises were cut for an indefinite amount of time so good reviews really meant nothing since you did not get rewarded and were on par with employees that only met their requirements. Advancement is problematic for employees due to a lack of coordination among business units. Too many problems are left to continue due to management's desire to not "push" other groups into doing the job they were supposed to do. In other words, if there are 10 problems, only one will be addressed, due to fear of "pi--ing off" another unit management head. So most problems continue to exists and make employees jobs that much more difficult."
