"I have learned MIP and have upgraded, implemented and have been supporting it. I have also learned other programs such: (PRT-eammate, FOB system, Paychecks and SACS). When a system is not working I research other methods to provide better support for the staff. I solve about 300-400 tickets per month, while maintaining my project list. I make sure not to let anything fall through the cracks."
