"The role was challenging. It was not an entry level I was looking for but I took the chance. The training process wasn’t that bad but it was overwhelming information to know a few products. The time I started to work on tickets, there were so many delays on supporting program due to credentials of me accessing vpn environment where I need to find the issue. You must know SQL at an intermediate level or expert level to trouble shoot data. It was a fun experience with a good team but our team was very small and nobody had that much time for me to assist me growing in the company or understanding the process. They expect you to understand everything within 2-3 months when I clearly heard my ex team lead that this process will take about a year to fully comprehend the products. I was hired to learn one web application but somebody left after me being there 2 months so it overwhelmed me to learn two web apps now…didn’t get any proper trying to learn the other app. I check for documentation everyday, it is not completed. I did my research from past tickets but no solutions to come up with which led to my exiting of the company due to lack of experience. Good people but the work is overwhelming."
