"Some of the best people I've worked with. A good working environment with good talented people. Good management that encourage you to succeed."
What don't you like about working at Custom Computer Specialists?
"They rely on large contracts for too much of their business. When they don't succeed in getting the big contract, many people loose their jobs. That's what happened to me."

"BMC is a very good company, Dell is the problem."

"Great pay."

"One should have no problem securing a position with BMC with a great knowledge of AV experience."
What don't you like about working at BMC Software?
"Their partner company dell does not support them the way they should."

"Find another partner."

What do you like about working at Menemsha Construction Solutions?
"Working out of state in most location/jobs. Independent Supervising Sub-Contractors and building interesting buildings. Management was very upbeat, except last Gen. Supt. wasn't around much as needed.Communication with Mgmt. was very good."

"Actually, No....They were everything they said they were."

"Getting laid off due to the economy. Was a great Company to work for."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To check viable Sub-contractors doing the work prior to working them I had no problems with this company. Would be willing to work for them again"
