"Problematic and awful micromanagement - I find the extreme micromanagement style of the leadership to be too problematic and awful. It's annoying whenever the managers try to dictate everything I should do, even though I am the one who's an expert in my job, not them. My supervisor was an arrogant prick who thought they knew better than I did, but the truth is they didn't."

"There's so much sexism at FInvi. Yes, they hire woman but the way they treat us is absolutely disgusting. In my experience, it was a nightmare, my anxiety through the roof. Never appreciates anything I did, never a thank you , and everything was never to their satisfaction. No way to make any money if you have to bottom feed.
