First Service Networks Employee

"I've worked here since 2010 and only have myself to blame for not finding a new job sooner. This place is probably one of the worst companies out there. Micro managed constantly. There is no training. Benefits are expensive. Retirement is laughable. Salary is low. Raises are every 5 years, if that. Hours are long, 50 to 60 hours a week. No OT for salary workers, which puts your salary even lower and here is the worst part, billing customers for things they didn't receive and then not paying our contractors. I hate this place."
