Free The Children Employee

"I've been working for 5 months at FTC and It hasn't been pleasant. The turnover rate is ridiculously high. In 5 months I have seen 5 people leave only in the communication's department. You will never get a better position unless you stay there for years, you knowledge and effort are not rewarded, only your patience. There are no processes laid out, no PM tools, no project managers, nothing.People without experience or knowledge in the field get to revise your work and tell you how to do it."
