"This is a great company and can offer many different avenues for growth. When applying to work at the Orange County Register, be sure to follow up promptly and to hang in there during what could be a lengthy on-boarding process."

What don't you like about working at Freedom Communications?

"This company has been around for decades and with that come many pros and cons. The company is established and has a tremendous reputation. However, their sales processes are very slow and often takes a long time to get questions answered."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In an attempt to not double work efforts, developing a better system of on and offline communication set up between each department would be beneficial."
