"It's a great place, however the managers seem to come and go very quickly and it always seems projects and previous manager's endeavors fade away with the manager. While this may seem like an issue for managers the people under them are often left in the dark without direction. There also seems to be an environment issue between test, production and performance as they are often used without the consent of whomever is in charge."
"Upper management are micro-managing. They do not listen to their tech leads and think they know better and make poor decisions. The code is patched together and requires developers to be on production support where you can get 30+ pages a night and have to respond to hundreds of alerts each day to fix things that went wrong. I would avoid working here unless production support is something you love to do."
