"Immediate Supervisor does not support the staff or back up employees when necessary, is also slow to resolve department issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Upper Management needs a clearer picture of what happens in the individual departments. Positive acknowledgement for productivity and hard work would be appreciated by most staff members."
