"This company is an employee leasing company and I am responsible for cash so I love completing the 30+ bank reconcilations each month because they can be very tricky so finished them can be very rewarding."

"There wasn't any training on the front-end when I started with SPG."

"I think implementing at least a minimal training program would help new hires feel more comfortable from day 1."

"For accounting position, a candidate must have B.S. in accounting or finance; have solid GAAP knowledge."

What don't you like about working at Amphastar Pharmaceuticals?

"Compensation and benefit are not competitive. Company's short-term and long-term goals are vague. No formal job training programs;"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management should provide room for its employees to grow (advacement) and give a clear company's goal and missions. The company also should consider giving more incentives to motivate its employees (i.e. employee of the month)."

"The company no longer exists but was a truely great organization to be part of."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make a quicker switch from being a hardware provider for highly technical customers to a solution provider to corporate customers."

What do you like about working at Wachovia?

"I enjoyed walking into a company whose accounting department had transitioned software in a haphazard way. The turnover of staff had left the company struggling to achieve the most basic of tasks. With absolutely no training in the accounting software, I built ALL reconciliations from scratch, identified how A/R & A/P transactions were flowing through the statements and helped educate management so procedures could be established. This was my greatest professional challenge and achievement."

What don't you like about working at Wachovia?

"The constant turn over of staff in all departments made led to more monitoring then should have been necessary. With some positions consistently being held by employees still on the learning curve more time was invested in correcting transactions then should have been necessary."

What don't you like about working at Logan Oil Tools?

"There were lots of changes going on that a lot of people were resiting, so there was a bit of conflict amongst some employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reign in the employees who were so against some of the changes that were benefiting the company."
