"I've worked for Giorgio Armani for over 5 years. Built great relationships, sold a lot of clothes, and had a lot of fun. Unfortunately I have plateaued in my role. Now I seek a new role to utilize my talents and further progress my growth. The application process has not been easy. My clients are sad to see me leave, but excited for the next chapter of my life. They have become dear friends, and are supporting me 100 percent."
"I have worked for Armani for four years. I have always been happy working for this company. I am just looking for the next step in my career."
"The most overlooked, underpaid and abused position within ArmanI is the shipping and receiving department. At $19.00 an hour, management puts more demands on this department than any other, however they managed to increase managers' bonus structure without a penny increase to shippers/receivers. They also increase the already tremendous workload to include visuals and loss prevention. For 2 years, not a single increase."

"I really enjoyed the Operations and Merchandising background that A/X offered. I grew professionally as a manager and learned the dyamics of growing a business. A/X was a professional career minded company that expected all managers to act as store owners and develop the business. Strong business plan, excellent communicaton with my distric manager, and excellent tools from the company, grew my strengths and confidenct in store management. The merchandising and visuals of the company were also treated with the upmost respect and attention to detail. All aspects of the merchandising and visuals were store specific. A/X was a leader in management development for store level and corporate positions."
What don't you like about working at Giorgio Armani?
"I openned a new concept store design for the company. Within a very short amount of time, the total store design changed yet again for the company So, I was challenged to implement store plan o grams, and merchandising into my floor plan. However, I realized that what I thought was a visual liability became very strong merchandising tool for me and my staff. Through daily sales reporting, in store promotions, and feed back from the visuals team, my store became a strong machine that developed my insight into product placement and rotation. I store design promoted constant planning and preperation that developed my merchandising background and store sales. My staff really became proud employees that loved to speak of the store and the clients. We developed some great visuals and merchants from that location."
