"I've worked at Granite construction since graduating college. The people I work with are nothing but helpful and supportive; however, the location of the office has shown difficulty regarding keeping its employees. Additionally, the job is much more demanding than a new hire is prepared for, \ so some more transparency about that could benefit them greatly."
"I was brought on to do a job that had always been done by two people. The out going IT Admin told me that I would not last two years there and he was right. IT has no control and we admins are at the mercy of the site manager. My IT direct supervisor was a thousand miles away and the man was a saint as well as a great mentor. However this job was a setup from the start to failure.I could never take any time off without my phone ringing off the hook as the helpdesk just forwarded the call."
