"I have been an educator for 10 years and I was extremely excited to work in a public school district. However, Johnstown school district is not one I would recommend working for or a child attending. Staff is not professional at all, very demeaning to the children and their families. No help was provided to support children with difficult behavioral patterns. I tried to have several meetings with staff and members of the union and district but nothing was ever done regarding any of my grievances or others."
