"I have tended bar for six years and moving to DC I got a job at one of the Daily Grill restaurants; this is by far the worst bartending job I could have gotten. The management style here is a disaster--the managers are all on different pages and no one coordinates with each other; tending bar here is inefficient because every drink requires minutes of preparation, which would be fine if you see the return for the effort but your tips are lackluster. The wait staff barely tips you out anything."
