What do you like about working at WesTech Engineering?
"Strong core values that take people into consideration. I like the work that I do and the group of people that I work with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Bring your temple recommend. Only the Mormons get promoted. Ask lots of questions. Most group leaders don't know what to ask you."
What don't you like about working at WesTech Engineering?
"I hear lots of employees and managers complain about the HR group but senior management doesn't do anything about it. It's like they're scared of them. Senior management has lost touch with employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You hired me let me do my job. Hr people don't help anyone but themselves. Get new people or get another company to manage our hr. documents are important but there are too many forms for stupid stuff."

"Used to be a great place to work, good structured work schedule, great pay and hours, lots of benefits"

"I do not recommend this company, disc manufacturing is a dying industry, so even if this was a great company this would not be a good long term career choice,"
What don't you like about working at Sony DADC?
"It's is a complete train wreck there now, bad hours, constant schedule changes, security tighter than a military base, bad insurance, bad 401 k plan, ect...."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn from your mistakes that closed doors in NJ, your management style didn't work there obviously. They appear to not be working here as well. If you have a problem then u need to come up with a plan and then implement, they seem to do rash decisions because they might be the quick easy way out, but they often cause a negative effect on the employees and company"

"It was a reputable Fortune 500 company and was very progressive in its industry."

"Just be honest and truthful and ethical in all of your dealings."

"I didn't find anything that I disliked about this company."

"Train your managers to manage through process based management concepts."

"Give more credit to team members who show results than those who talk about results and never perform."
