"Fun and interesting technology, flexible hours, cutting edge experimental technology are the pluses. The minuses are a very high degree of politics in a very small company. Well funded, but highly risky. If you've got a hard shell and know where you fit in the pecking order (under most everyone else) you might do OK. Most employees have never worked elsewhere, so what is good elsewhere can be bad here - beware! Not an engineering driven company, the PhDs and B.O.D.s rule."
