I love to try my hardest to make our guests happy, and the most amazing experience is the huge smile on their faces when they say, "Thank you for all your help!" It brightens my day to know I helped theirs."
"I love educating the guests in our promotions, events, tournaments and concerts that we hold. However, it can be very challenging, at times, in receiving the necessary information to intelligently communicate to the guest the logistics, qualifications and dates of some of the events."

"Less and less every day, to be honest. They definitey take pride in making sure their appearance is top notch..."

"Make sure you get it very clearly up front how many hours will be expected of you."
What don't you like about working at Meyer Jabara Hotels?
"They don't listen to employee concerns/no HR support, gossip, cliques: its a lot like high school, long hours and over working of employees, vindictive spitefulness if anything negative is said regarding management. Retaliatory. Run, dont walk, from these people. They take advantage of people and dont listen when they have a complaint; they placate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Run away before you sign on!!! Get rid of the nepitism, owners put their spoiled bratty children in seats of power and teach them nothing about how to properly and effectively manage people."

"Make sure you are very passionate about customer service and making others happy"

"answering the same questions over and over, customer service, 24 hours, not flexible schedule"
