2.4I would have the people in management have some actual management training. She was difficult, she was ineffective and didn't require anything from anyone. No follow up on any rules that were set up.ie. no cell phones at your desk--nothing was ever done about the people who were on their phones all the time and those of us to didn't do that didn't need to be told.
3.2listen to the lower tier of the employees. we are the one out on the field, we are experiencing the issues - noone is there to help us and voice our needs. the new rules from the upper management is inefficient, unproductive, and unreasonable. There is no postiives coming out of it, however, noone stood up and object for us. If you want to compare us to the society, we are the poors from all the way below and they are all the way up there. they will never understand our day in and day out because they never experience it.
1.8This company is a good reproductive health service but an awful place to work. The management is nasty, cruel, and falsely accuses people of things while trying to push them out. They gaslighted me and showed zero respect for my personal emotions.
I urge you to either find another place to go to for your reproductive health needs or be like me and fight against the corrupt director and health educator until they are taught that workplace bullying and false accusations proven by the police to be unfounded in any fact, are punished and/or fired. My supervisor was overcontrolling and always hovering. She was very into micro-management. No matter how hard I tried to improve, the director and my supervisor seemed determined to push me out. Do not consider working here. It will take years off your life due to the stress and pettiness of the workplace environment.
