"I worked for Regions ADAP from 2018 - 2020 as a substance abuse counselor. I enjoyed the job but there wasn't any room for advancement. I decided to go back to school part time in 2019 to pursue my degree in computer science. In early 2020 I quit my job to focus on school full time. My supervisors were great people to work for, my coworkers were very helpful with the job and the environment was overall positive."

Over the past 5 years, I have witnessed compassionate caregivers guide patients through the hard work to return to a quality of life they had forgotten was possible. The team of employees are passionate and engaged and make the journey fun and rewarding for everyone involved. PNBC is an outstanding place to receive care and an exceptional place to work."

"The work itself is stressful, but rewarding. Interacting with management or being in the office is just plain stressful."

"canned answers when asking about program wide concerns, the feeling that you aren't being heard with concerns, no opportunities for advancement; ever changing requirements for documentation"

"yes. provide greater support to staff, create an environment that promotes self care instead of martyrdom, and emphasize educational opportunities in various modalities"

"Please ask them to be honest about the client they are sending a nurse to work for. The Flint office lies to nurses to get them to except the assignment."

"They are not professional in thier management team in Flint.."
