"The company was a 40 minute drive from my house, but eventually I got accustomed to it."

"I suggested allowing people in our department to rotate through other departments in the lab to get experience in various fields of the laboratory."
What do you like about working at Los Alamitos Medical Center?
"I like the cutting and the staining."
What don't you like about working at Los Alamitos Medical Center?
"No room to work. The Histology department is too small to work in."

"To be more empathetic and not too quick to judge."

"All the technicians and support staff worked together as a team."

"This isn't a place to make a career, it's temporary work situation, and it's not like any other place you will ever work!"
What don't you like about working at Quest Diagnostics?
"The elementary school/minimum security prison atmosphere-NO TALKING IN THE LAB and the fact that we were understaffed and so far behind in the work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get management that also works at the bench. Hire management AFTER conducting background checks. Hire QUALIFIED applicants."
