"Overall IDC is good company, however the way they conduct business is a little different. Superintendents don't participate in the schedule or budget or any buyouts. They don't like their Superintendents to even provide data for pay apps. So they literally take most of power that a Superintendent has on a project away from the get go.If a sub knows that the Super doesn't make any decisions or have a input on their pay they're less likely to pay him much attention. Most of the time they want to talk to the person that controls the purse strings which in IDC's case is the Project Manager."
"Very good experience and exposure to the Hospitality construction industry"
