"Have worked here for a few years and while the people are nice, they seem perpetually in startup mode, both good and bad. People get more responsibilities but no title changes, recognition, or higher pay. The primary client is the govt and govt contractors. Pay is low to average as are benefits (have to work an eon to get past 10 days leave, only 6 holidays/yr). They want you to work from home when sick and the customer comes before all. Few advancement ops, even though 3 devs haveleft since '11"
