"You need to research what population you would be serving. The locations are all very different. It's a good learning place but due to limited funding is not very innovative. Lot of historical issues and it takes time to win acceptance."

"Very inefficient. Not cutting edge. Difficult to find proper care for patients in referral to specialists."

"Put the mission of patient care first. Organize like the private sector. Accountability is almost nil because it is a federal agency."
