"How to tell your Manager, Sr. Manager, Director, VP or CIO are lying to you…Their lips move. Company has low saleries, worse benefits (only HIgh Deductible insurance and very expensive for family). Only 3% 401K match. Regular lay-offs with only i week severance per year employed. Layoffs occur @ end of month so they don’t offer insurance. Information Tech doesn’t perform performance reviews and only Manager or higher receive Bonus. Unless desperate for work, stay away"

"this new regime simply is rearranging deck chairs on the Queen Mary (it doesn't matter what this round of executives do, Insight is not going anywhere)."

"Low pay, low moral, constant changes, revolving door in management.You never know from one day to the next what across the board changes management will make with no ryme or reason. Management lays-off good hardworking employees for no other reason then to line their own pockets and keep useless middle management people. They promise, then back peddle."

"Diversify! Stop hiring specific people irrelevant to their work history. Stop the nepotism, destroy the poor culture, listen to your teammates, more indians less chiefs."

"Think outside the box - Do not follow old processes just because 'thats the way they've always done it'."

"Insight does not value education once you have it. Insight did take into consideration my BS in Marketing or my MBA when determining salary eligibility."

"Consider education more when looking at advancement and salary eligibility."

"The company undervalues employees education and experience. Insight is not competitive with pay."

"Focus more on using current tools for processing disposal orders. Still using excel to process invoices is making the team inefficient."
