"Very Small Company. Owners are great!"
"Think Twice"
What do you like about working at Integrium?
"During the project called ARISE and under the direction of RaI Neutel, Integrium was a wonderful place to work. Following the dismal end of ARISE and with RaI Neutel's retirement, Integrium became a hellish place. The new medical director, Dr. Margaritescu was the most unprofessional and cruel person I have ever worked with. She had incontrollable and sudden bursts of angry fits, and ran her team based on her social attachments. As the company began to sink because the business had declined, the environment became unbearable. I actually dreaded coming into work each day. In short, I can only speak to the Medical Department and I am very thankful to have moved on as they continue to drown."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are interviewing for the Medical Department, I would think twice- particularly if Dr. Carmen Margaritescu is still the Medical Director."
What don't you like about working at Integrium?
"As above. I was relieved when I was finally laid off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Remove Dr. Carmen Margaritescu as Medical Director as well as Wendy Smith(who has zero medical knowledge or training yet manages the safety in clinical trials). These two people have no business running clinical trials."
"One of the best places to work - great people and work experience"
What do you like about working at Integrium?
"Just about everything. The work was really exciting, the people were real team players, and at its best, it was like a large family."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just know, that you will have a chance to be the very best you can be."
What don't you like about working at Integrium?
"There wasn't a lot I didn't like. One thing was the studies we were doing lost their sponsorship due to the economy and that spelled the demise of many many jobs. It was very sad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Really, they were the best - no suggestions for improvement within the company."
