"My tech lead, he is fantastic. Main reason I have not quit. Also, we get to work on the latest and greatest in the Microsoft world."

"My manager, he micro manages our team and always questions things we already answered. For example, he will ask me if I submitted a vacation request when he approved it two days ago."

"Send my manager to a course on how to manage people."

"In the beginning of my employment the company focused on its employees. There was pizza every Friday and bagels on Mondays. Due to the economic evironment the company made extreme cut backs which also affected our yearly bonuses. I also enjoyed the benefit of telecommuting."

"I would recommend that if they make any promises to you regarding training that if offered a position that you get it in writing."
