"The management of the company has changed tremendously and not for the better. All employees seem to be on edge. Management makes all decisions without taking any input from their front line employees...the workers who have first hand knowledge of the customers wants, needs, and likes. Work conditions have definitely deteriorated over the years.It is not a family friendly workplace. Employees are left feeling overworked and under-appreciated."

"Listen to your employees...especially ones who have been there for years and can give invaluable input.Be appreciative and compassionate. Kindness goes a long way. This will help to boost company morale, which is at an all time low. Happy employees make happy customers.Employees should not feel threatened when voicing an opinion in a respectful way."

"The lack of personal time, but also know that comes with the territory. Sometimes the laid back attitude and family feeling posed as conflicts amongst staff members if not handled correctly - listening to rumors and gossip"
