"Was a decent company, going through some turmoil at the top lately."
"It is sad to see a company address their internal problems and negative perception by seeking a PR person rather than internally addressing the core problems of bad and even malevolent management. The expression that "A" grade managers hire "A" grade staff is NOT what follows inside Ixia. Ixia has a few "A" grade managers, but most appear to be "B" grade or worse and actively drive out anyone they feel is a threat. If you are an "A" grade employee, you should avoid Ixia like the plague. They will milk you dry and spit you out."
"I worked for Ixia for 14 years, from way back when they were a startup. My experience is quite good. Yes, they ask for a lot of hours, but in general, they pay well, and the benefits are among the best."
"I've worked for Ixia since 1999, recently let go in October 2013. It was a very long run, mainly because it's a good company to work for, and it has the unique ability to stay afloat in a down economy. Overall, the company knows how to stay in business, and that's saying a lot these days. On a personal level, you will be challenged. A lot. In many ways. Overall sentiment is good. I had a lot of great years there, learned many things, lots of adventures."
"Management is somewhat timid in adopting 21st century technology and methods."
"I've worked with Ixia initially from Sep 2005."
