Submit a Review"I enjoy supporting people with their employment goals. So many people with disabilities are not given a chance to show what they can do and really what an asset they can be to a business. My role is to assist the supported employee to be the best they can at the workplace. My goal is to work myself out of my job with that individual by giving them the tools they need to be independent and successful at that work place. I love the opportunity to work with a variety of people in a variety of different work places. I also enjoy setting a good example for the community at large for how to be with diverse populations."

"I would ask them to see if there pay will be raised."

"Only to be the best that one can be no matter how short your stay is."

"There was only a short time to work and it was under contract"

"Have more money for budget calender year and a least carry personnel over 6 months."

"The best reward was helping someone in need find a job and giving some financial assistance to succeed. Also the ability to make spontaneous decisions to help the client."
What don't you like about working at Washington State University?
"I didn't like that the program was government funded in which it limited the amount of assistance we were able to give each person."

"Continue to train and empower employees to go the extra mile to help those in need. Sometimes the Job Coach is the only one that they can go to."
