"Great company but lacks in resources to efficiently do a job that has tight deadlines. Change in management recently has led to too many changes within a very short timeframe and being super micro-managed by the new VP of Mortgage which has affected the dynamics of the team and has led to resignations."
"A company that lost a lot of what made it an employer of choice, they seem to rely on historical relevance and reputation. There have been multiple leadership changes in the past few years and the mission, vision and values they promote feel like empty tag lines. I have a deep personal sadness writing this, but if you have other opportunities, you may want to consider them."
"I have been with Johnson Financial Group for over 4 years, they have taken great care of their employees and the benefits that they offer. The management takes pride in working with the team to make sure that they are on the path to success."
"Position was Cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic"
"I’ve been with JFG for the last 3 years and find it to be a top-notch agency to work with. My role as a commercial sales executive has been well-supported with a great team around me. I’m a good coach and prospector and enjoy passing these traits to new producers anxious to learn the ropes."
"I personally wouldn't recommend Johnson Bank as a place to work. There is little to no opportunities to move up or switch positions. I do not feel employees are appreciated. I have seen people slacking off, on phones, on internet while work is behind and nothing is done. Yet if you say anything, you are the one with a bad attitude. When posting for another position in the company, you have to go through a very ridiculous long process with numerous interviews, some not even with the hiring managers."
