"Company direction and management is severely lacking, possibly in part due to the continual change of management personnel. While decisions and communication are poor between upper management and employees, the relationship across the board between the actual people is spectacular. Not only that, but flexibility and growth are widespread if one is willing to take action on it due to the "start-up" culture that exists."
"It was a wonderful opportunity to work on innovative systems with great talent."
"Leadership is narcissistic and incompetent. The place is failing miserably while trying to lead the world on into thinking that there's a viable business plan. Do NOT take a position there!"
"Some bad apples. Some good ones. We all know what the bad apples can do."
"Karma was a good place to work. Team collaboration and supplier relations were key, however constant management change interrupted operations and caused company to spiral out of control."
"Good company to work and learn."
"I've worked for awhile. I got to work 5 days a week and it's been fine."
"I need to first understand the objective of this review. Not clear to me."
"I've worked there for 6 months, and got lay off due to workforce reduction. I was happy with work environment."
"I worked at karma automotive for 3 years. While it was very exciting working on the revero and revero gt, the company slowly fell apart as sales goals were far from met and many cuts were made to the workforce. At this point, there is no clear direction of the company and most employees want out. Not recommended at this time"
"Not a good company to work for!!!!"
"Overall, this is a great company to work for. My experience with lower, mid and upper management have all been positive. My current team works very well together and we all have the same goal, to produce a great driver experience in our perspective focus."
"I've worked for Karma Automotive since February 2019. I came in as an intern for the EE Systems team and also later got involved with the HIL Validation team. My teams are very great to work with as the people have been great mentors for me. There is a startup-like essence in the work being done by my teams; this makes the work very fast pace and demanding at times. But nevertheless, the learning and experience are invaluable and worth it."
"Karma Automotive is a luxury hybrid vehicle manufacturer"
"Some good people but constant change of strategy"
