"Toward the end, the recession hit and it was a panic to trim budgets and expenses at any cost, compromising the integrity of the distribution network I was managing."

"Return to your roots and begin accepting the feedback from your 1st and 2nd line managers. Also, don't micro or overmanage your employees, if they have earned the position, allow the latitude to do their jobs."
