"Autonomy on my work. I reported to the CFO who rarely told me what needed to be done, when I was the one asking for his opinion on what I wanted to do to get his support so that I could go ahead and do it."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If they like to settle and follow the same old ways, that may be the job for them."
What don't you like about working at KSCI?
"The accounting staff didn't have accounting degree, or have the aptitude to do accounting work of which the basic is to be accurate to start out with. Staff in other departments have fixed way of doing their work that they are used to, and are not willing to change for the better. It may have to do with their educational background."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They have changed their management crews many times already that my comments, if any, won't be valid now."
