"I have worked at Kubota for 10 years now. Overall great place to work. Working at Kubota is definitely a life style. You will work a lot of hrs and as a regular employee it can be a very Physically demanding job."
"It's a great place to work and also grey towers and competitive pay with good benefits enniscrone team with those things anything is possible"
"Overall, Kubota is a very good company to work for. They have good benefits and they treat their engineers well by providing with yearly raises and bonuses. They help the engineers improve and advance in their engineering or management careers. However, the work environment can improve. The main reason is that being a Japanese company, there is a lot of pressure to get the job done and there is a lot of overtime work, which is to be expected. Also, the vacation time is not very flexible. Finally, the company needs Japanese coordinators to ensure that everything gets done their way, so there is a lot of discrepancies between the American and Japanese counterparts, and unfortunately the engineers are caught in the middle. Other than that, I would recommend it to other fellow engineers."
"Great company to work for."
"Kubota is a very good corporation to start one's career. However, the company shows many signs of having grown much quicker than it was anticipating. Many departments are somewhat scattered and the overall organization is lackluster in terms of efficiency. Kubota compensates fairly poorly for the level of work, stress, and time required of skilled employees. Overall, Kubota is a strong start for gaining experience in the field, but many will move on from the company to much better prospects."
"I've worked at kubota for 10 week intern program. It was great!! I learned a lot. All the people were willing to help me and teach me about the different processes."
"HR Department is in need of strong overhaul."
