I secure new business and lose the business in the blink of eye, due to negligence and poor customer service from operations, okam solutions, and csr. Issues are never addressed and nothing is ever resolved, but swept under the rug. Overall morale of organization is beyond low. I would not recommend this company to anyone with career goals."

"This office is not likely to grow. Leadership is lacking and very operations orientated. They are not likely to be concerned with your personal life."

"I am very unsure what is expected of me. Very little training on system or customers. Management is more concerned that I stay in the office and they can watch over me."
