My managers worked hard to reward the value of my work with increased compensation. Everyone maintained positive and professional attitudes."

"It is a big company with many divisions. Be prepared to handle a lot of administrative tasks in getting your job done."

"I worked in SC OPS. In the beginning it was good. However, the senior staff and management lacked people skills. I left that company without anything lined up."

"Do not work under the SC OPS team. The rest of the teams are great to work with."

"I worked there twice. The first time was excellent. The Operations and Development team and Management was wonderful. SC OPS was not."

"Learn how to deal with employees. It helps them work more efficiently as well as showing some backbone for your fellow employee."

"Showed the sales force how important we were to the company. Always felt like we could go any of the Sales Managers orVice Presidents with suggestions or help. They understood that when the sales people were successful, the company was successful. Management, career opportunities, benifits package all great."
