"The organizational structure and funding process at the company can be restrictive -- can't act fast and can't change the direction of the product quickly."

"My team was a very talented group of innovative thinkers. I got to work in in my own way and participate in the brainstorming, decision-making and planning processes. My managers worked hard to reward the value of my work with increased compensation. Everyone maintained positive and professional attitudes."

"It is a big company with many divisions. Be prepared to handle a lot of administrative tasks in getting your job done."

What don't you like about working at LexisNexis?

"Nothing. If I was not at the entry-level stage of my career, I would have been better suited to take on a more challenging role and likely would have stayed at LexisNexis."

"I don't have any suggestions for management. My entire experience at LexisNexis was truly amazing."

"Having a new manager every other quarter, no room for advancement, no bonuses, no raises, meager pay, lots of corporate run around."

"Do not balance work load. Management all about profits and do not take into account suggestions."

"Stop trying to save money in the short-term by sacrficing what has made this company a great place to work and a success in the industry."

"I worked in SC OPS. In the beginning it was good. However, the senior staff and management lacked people skills. I left that company without anything lined up."

"Do not work under the SC OPS team. The rest of the teams are great to work with."

What don't you like about working at LexisNexis?

"I worked there twice. The first time was excellent. The Operations and Development team and Management was wonderful. SC OPS was not."

"Learn how to deal with employees. It helps them work more efficiently as well as showing some backbone for your fellow employee."

"Showed the sales force how important we were to the company. Always felt like we could go any of the Sales Managers orVice Presidents with suggestions or help. They understood that when the sales people were successful, the company was successful. Management, career opportunities, benifits package all great."

"If you are producing, you will be fine."

"Traveling for five nights a week for six or seven months straight."
