What do you like about working at SITA?
"The hours were initially flexible and the technology was decent."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not have this as your sole means of income. Sita is suitable as a second job only."
What don't you like about working at SITA?
"The management was initially nonexistent, then overbearing. Very poor management. My contract was ended with no notice, despite good reviews."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They should articulate a clear vision, hire people in line with that vision, and empower them to act on that vision."

"I was a 1 man IT department. Loved every minute of it."

"It was challenging, and I worked independently. I was able to design and implement my own solutions."

"Make sure that you are laid back, and have a good sense of humor."
What don't you like about working at AIP Design?
"There was little room for growth. I have to move on if I am going to gain the experiences that I want."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep doing what it is that you are doing. Maybe, you could replace the routers in the IT room."
