"I've worked for Lockheed Martin for 18 years. It has been transformed from a non-ethical company to a fantastic ethical company. But promotions are still based on personal relationship not on technical expertness or work. For example, if a person does not do much much than he will not commit any mistake, on the other hand a person who does take care most of the work he will do mistakes and he will be punished for those mistakes where the other one will get promo for mistake-less performance."
