1.5 Go back to being the company that people loved to work for. Give good pay and a low pressure environemnt to sell- it's what made us the top in the industry, not abusive sales tactics, tracked cell phones, etc.

2.4 No room for growth. You do not get a raise. The only benefit from this company is the 3 weeks of PTO and 1 week of emergency. There’s a lack of leadership from the supervisor and the leads choose favorites.

4.2 I worked for Medela LLC between December 2009 and October 2020. They sell breast pumps and are located in McHenry IL. They are a good company to work with (note how long I was there). I was laid off due to poor sales due to Covid. Good employees.
