"I joined THMed straight from college. Initially they made a lot of promises on growth and commission possibilities, which I quickly found out weren't true. They have little support for new/younger employees and mostly rely on older employees with a built book of business. Once these older employees leave or retire, they throw a new/young employee in their role and if you don't perform like they were immediately, they express their frustration with continued little help. It is a revolving door of employees leaving and them bringing in 5-10 new employees every couple of months to fill their spots and then a couple months later these employees will also leave and they will just bring in more new employees."
