Be more open and honest with their communications to employees at all levels (I was told many things that weren't true regarding my own duties and responsibilities which led to my departure). Listen.When communicating to employees, do so in a manner that it is NOT condescending, but in a manner that promotes self-empowerment and empathy and understanding. Too many times Vlad would chastise employees in front of the entire organization, making the workplace a hostile environment.
