"If I would compare company to a family, this would be a family without a father. There is really no leadership. Most managers live in their own bubbles and do not care what happens outside of their team. In one of the locations we have about 200 employees and 80 people out of this group have Manager or Director title. Something is wrong with this picture. Upper management is completely disconnected from worker bees. Layoffs are done based on salary and friendship preferences and not on performance."
