"This company means well they do nice things for their employees, But the Health insurance benefits are horrible. Management loves to overwork the nurses with an extremely high cashed load and extra work to do. Some of the managers and leads can also be rude to their employees. If you can get hired somewhere else take that job even if they offer you less money. The CEO needs to know how management overworks nurses"
