Hire more people and pay them appropriately. Everything can't be a forest fire, CEO needs to lead not be involved in day to day operations. IT Mgmt needs to learn how to say no occasionally

3 I've worked for Mesirow since 2005. I have learned a great deal and it has been a great company to work for until a recent CEO change. The company leadership is now focused primarily on the bottom line rather than its employees, and this goes against everything the company used to stand for.
